September. In September of 2000, Mary Lansing attended the first Body, Mind and Spirit Conference in Bellevue, Washington. Reviewing her notes from that experience, she found that many of the lessons she learned have become truths revisited many times in the ensuing seven years, both in IONS meetings, and in life in general.
