Several Portland IONS regulars continue to develop a calendar of topics based on responses to our summer (2007) survey and input from members. Our meetings generally take the form of (1) checkin, (2) guided meditation, (3) presentation and discussion of the topic of the meeting, (4) closing. We always enjoy seeing old friends and welcoming new ones, and learning about what else is going on in our community. Then there are the snacks, too!
What topics would you like to see on the calendar? We plan to continue to add to the calendar and invite all Portland IONS members to make suggestions, join the planning team, or volunteer to lead a meditation or a discussion on a particular topic.
