Dear IONS members,
Michael Labhard shared several websites.

Sharing fascinating websites can benefit all of us. As you investigate his "finds" you might consider sharing your own favorites. Passing them on to other members seems a very worthwhile thing to do!
With nine of us in attendance, we discussed 14 different ideas for upcoming meetings in 2009. We have a committee: Teresa, Michael, Lynn and I plan to get together to fit the ideas into scheduled meetings. Our plan is to provide our IONSPDX website with details and dates that match the topics. As we discussed today, this will be coordinated with Noetic principles: new ideas; the shift of thoughts, beliefs and behaviors; participatory exercises; bringing in experts to instruct and lead us. Pretty exciting stuff! The next meeting will be at Dave's (djoregon@gmail.com) next Sunday, Jan. 25.
The meeting after that will be at Elizabeth's Bodies In Balance (lizbeewitch@hotmail.com), February 1. Both 2 - 4 p.m. Please contact them for details regarding subject matter.

Dear Citizens of the USA The greatest danger, at this time, is to have a "Bail-Out Messiah" expectation of President elect Barrack Obama. Instead, let's believe his words that only "WE" can solve the challenges. To affirm his leadership, when Barrack raises his sight arm to take his oath, let us each, wherever we are, unite our efforts with his by raising our right hands and joining him in his oath. For this is the United States of America, "of the people, by the people, and for the people."
