Integration & Intention
Members exchanged what has been most potent for them from our meetings since April. As is often the case, there was so much to share that we got just a smattering of several topics and found it difficult to integrate any of them.
That said, the mind can bring us so far. As we become more aware of the chaos around us, it seems right that we pause, look at how we can intend, and how we can integrate our personal intentions to further the good of ourselves, the country, the universe.
The DVD "Living Deeply" (based on the book and featuring nine spokespeople for nine different spiritual traditions) seemed a good place to start. We watched two segments, then reconvened in the big room for a half hour meditation on experiencing the morphic field, opening our hearts first to that and then to each other. Focusing on the heart brought us to facing each other and imaging healing ourselves and our partners.
