Reincarnation
- Introductions and checkin.
- Sheree led us in a grounding meditation.
- Julia Ingram talked with us about the nature and proof of reincarnation, and presented several case studies that suggest reincarnation is the most plausible explanation for the person's experience. About 2/3 of the group said they believe in reincarnation, while the rest aren't sure but find it interesting to consider.
- Next meeting is Nov. 4 at Elizabeth's Bodies in Balance studio, 2-4 p.m. We will finish listening to the talk by IONS president James O'Dea and discuss it. Then Sheree will lead a discussion on gratitude.
Plan to attend the retreat with IONS president James O'Dea, January 31-February 2, 2008, at the Grotto in Portland. Participants from Washington, Oregon and throughout the Northwest will be attending. Let us know if you'd like to host out-of-town visitors for the weekend.
